North Valley Health Center’s second annual Giving Hearts program (formerly the Lights of Remembrance—held at Christmas) is a time to pay tribute to loved ones, thank special people, and honor special occasions.
Purchasing a Giving Heart allows you to celebrate family and friends and give to NVHC’s Physician Endowment fund. The endowment fund earnings are used for NVHC provider recruitment and education.
- You can purchase a heart with a candle in the center ($100.00). The honored name will be at the base of this candle. The individual hearts will be placed in the waiting room window panes inside the health center.
- You may dedicate a name (suggested amount is $10.00 per name) for the large candle (similar to an eternal flame) featured in the display. Dedicated names will be listed near the candle.
The Giving Hearts ceremony will take place in February 2017 and will include the reading of honored names and refreshments. Hearts will be displayed in the health center across from the clinic waiting room from February 11th until February 29th.
Please send your donation to North Valley Health Center (300 West Good Samaritan Drive, Warren, MN 56762) with checks made payable to NVHC—indicate who you are donating for and whether you would like to purchase a candle or dedicate a name to the eternal flame.
