Physical Therapist

North Valley Health Center is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our busy Physical Therapy department.

Department Details: Full-time status, including one or two partial Saturdays per month as needed. Competitive pay and benefit package.

Responsibilities include:

Establish a written plan of care specific to each patient and implement therapy services based on that plan.
Ability to treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnosis and disorders.
Provide documentation in accordance with department guidelines and meet all regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Possess a Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an approved and accredited institution.
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
Two years’ experience preferred, but not required.
Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 60 days of employment.
Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
