Use of the Patient Portal is governed by the Patient Portal User Agreement and where in conflict, any terms in that Agreement regarding your privacy shall control where in conflict with the terms of this Policy.  When logging in, sending messages through, correcting information in relation to, or otherwise using the Patient Portal, you may provide information such as login credentials, your e-mail address, and information in communications to NVHC or medical service providers.  The information you provide while using the Patient Portal may be stored and used to facilitate your use of the Patient Portal and to send communications as you designate to NVHC and medical service providers.

NVHC honors your do not track requests by not tracking you according to the do not track selections you have made using your web browser settings.
