Our knowledgeable and caring therapy staff is committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients needing our services. North Valley Health Center proudly offers a variety of therapy services, including, but not limited to:

 

Therapy Services Offered at NVHC

• Outpatient Physical Therapy (PT)

  • For the adult and pediatric population: orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, post-surgical, sports medicine, cardiac rehab, stress testing.

• Outpatient Occupational Therapy (OT)

  • For the adult and pediatric population: orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, post-surgical, home safety.

• Outpatient Speech

  • For the adult and pediatric population with difficulties communicating (language, memory, cognition) and swallowing as a result of disease, injury, or surgery.

• Inpatient PT/OT/Speech

  • For the adult population requiring rehabilitation while in the hospital.

• Swing Bed PT/OT/Speech

  • For the adult population requiring additional rehabilitation beyond the acute care setting to help assure a safe return home.

 

Additional Services Offered by NVHC’s Therapy Department

• Training/In-Servicing for North Valley Health Center employees

• Area Consultation/In-Servicing

• Clinical education site for the University of North Dakota, University of Mary, and Northland Community and Technical College

• PT contracted services for Health Dimensions Rehab (North Star Manor Nursing Home)
