Alayne Brekke, MPAS, PA-C

Alayne Brekke, MPAS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at Northe Valley Health Center with a strong background in orthopedics and primary care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Dakota and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.

 

Prior to becoming a PA, Alayne worked in Orthotics and Prosthetics as a certified and licensed Orthotic Fitter and Pedorthist, providing hands-on patient care and developing a strong foundation in musculoskeletal medicine. During her clinical training, she completed specialty rotations in Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and General Surgery, while also gaining broad experience in primary care and rural health.

 

Alayne is passionate about patient-centered care and believes in building trust through listening, education, and shared decision-making. She enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients and is committed to serving her local community.

 

Outside of the clinic, Alayne enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and continuing her professional education to stay current in medical practice.
