Clinic Manager

North Valley Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead and support our busy Rural Health Clinic.  This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.  Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing the operational success of our providers and nurses; ensuring compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations; collaborating with internal and outside departments to maintain high-quality patient care; and creating and maintaining the day-to-day schedules of our providers and clinic nurses.

Position Qualifications

 

​License/Certificates:

 Current Minnesota LPN License

​

Special skills and Capabilities:

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting

• Strong understanding of clinical operations

• Excellent communications and organization skills

• Ability to work independently and with others
